Privacy Policy

What information do I keep?

• All information submitted via a contact form is automatically saved on an external server through the email sent to me.  Your contact details will not be stored anywhere else without your express consent.
• Express consent will be included in any contract or commission or other such agreement for the exchange of services.

How do I use your information?

• If we have entered a contract or commission or other such agreement for the exchange of services, your contact details will be stored in order to communicate with you about lessons, composition progress, performance details.
• Any mobile numbers may be stored on a phone in order for quick contact.  If you would not like this, alternative arrangements can be made.

Do I share information?

• Your information will never be offered up to or shared with any other third party.  If there is a reason for your information to be shared, you will be approached first and asked for permission.

Intellectual property

• Compositions and performance videos on this website are strictly my own intellectual property.  Use of this intellectual property outside of my knowledge is prohibited.
• Any use of my compositions and performances must be requested in writing before we can enter into negotiations.

Contractual arrangements

• Any contract made between us will be strictly private and confidential and sharing of any such contract will result in termination immediately with any fees outlined in the contract coming into action.
• The contract may only be shared with legal or financial persons with whom there is an agreement for assistance.  This could be for legal cases or taxation purposes.

Financial transparency

• I am registered with the HMRC as self-employed, with a unique tax reference code.  All payments must be given via BACs in order to maintain financial transparency.
